Our Gallery hosts between four and five exhibits each year, visiting the Gallery is always free. The Gallery is also open during events like Art Night Schenectady, The Nightmare Market and The Schenectady GreenMarket. We display the craft of wood carvers, quilters, fiber artists, Haudenosaunee beadworkers and basketmakers, stone carvers, metal workers, furniture makers, and many more. Your purchase in our online shop or in-person Gallery Shop in Schenectady directly benefits the participating artists. Along with providing these traditional arts for sale, the Gallery places folk and traditional art in the context of the cultural environment it came from by providing educational materials about the artist and their community.
