A workshop through New York Folklore’s Critical Folklife Forum series which was held at the South Oxford Space, Brooklyn, NY. These four video recordings allow you to view a folk arts forum meeting, which convened local and national leaders for panel presentations and town-hall-style dialogue, on the topic of “Democratizing the Arts Nonprofit Workplace.” The presenters approached this topic from different but intersecting perspectives. The forum was supported in part by funding from the Technical Assistance Consultancy Program of the American Folklore Society.
